The prices seen include the first month of rent as well as a $20 administrative fee. Once you sign the contract, complete your first month's payment, and fill out the information form, we will send you a notice that you have been enrolled to receive monthly invoices to make your payment online through your e-mail.
Storage Units
Leases are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time. However, be advised that rent is to be paid in advance, and Alsup Mini Storage reserves the right to overlock any unit that is delinquent. If you choose to move out before your month ends, Alsup Mini Storage will not prorate the remaining balance of your rent back to you. Once rent is payed, the money is non-refundable.
