Our contracts are on a month-to-month basis, so there is no long-term commitment. To get started, there is a one-time $20 admin fee along with the first month's rent that is due at the time of signing the contract. Please bring a debit or credit card with you to place on file for autopay. This will be how you pay for future months. Whenver you are ready to move out, simply let us know that you've moved out, and upon confirming the unit is empty and rent-ready, we will take your card off autopay.
